About the Area

Great restaurants over looking the Gulf of Mexico on Manasota Key are within walking distance of Sunrise Villas and Almost Heaven.

The whole family will have great fun at dozens of challenging golf courses, and miles of sandy beaches which provide outstanding opportunities for shelling and finding fossilized shark's teeth. Several state parks and nature preserves are located in the area which offers tropical bird and wild life watching on your Florida Sunshine vacation.

Englewood is located between Sarasota and Ft. Myers.

• Tampa/St. Petersberg Airport is approximately a 90 minute drive north. Take I-75 to I-275 and follow the signs to Tampa Airport.
• Sarasota Airport is a 45 minute drive north on I-75.
• Ft. Myers (Southwest Regional) is approximately an 80 minute drive south on I-75.
